Flawless Form Fitness is a one of a kind fitness facility with a strong commitment towards personalized service and individual attention for those seeking to achieve a healthier lifestyle. F3 is located at my home in Prattville on a gorgeous 3+ acre setting. 

All fitness classes are held outside in my large clear enclosed carport or on my enclosed porch for cycle/spinning.  Enrich both your body and mind while you breathe in fresh air and look at nature not a stuffy enclosed box.

I created F3 to make affordable quality fitness training available to all.  My fitness classes are only $10 and one on one customized training sessions are as low as $40.  I have spent over 20 years cultivating my passion for fitness and helping people.
